'9th International History Education Symposium' will be hosted by SUAS Social and Cultural Studies Application and Research Centre. Abstracts can be sent to the symposium on 6-8 September until 20 August.

Sakarya University of Applied Sciences (SUAS) Social and Cultural Studies Application and Research Centre will host the 9th International Symposium on History Education (ISHE 2023). In the symposium to be held on 6-8 September 2023 at Sakarya University Culture and Congress Center; scientific studies will be presented under the headings of history education, history of education, history writing and historiography. Abstracts to be sent to the symposium by academicians, researchers, teachers, teacher candidates and students until Sunday, 20 August at the latest will be accepted after the blind refereeing process. Among the papers sent as full text, those deemed appropriate will be directed to international indexed journals supporting the symposium. Among the invited speakers are Prof. Dr. Salih Özbaran, Prof. Dr. İbrahim Şirin, Prof. Dr. Filiz Meşeci Giorgetti, Assistant Prof. Dr. Jairo Rodriguez Medina and Dr. Feride Durna, and the supporters of the symposium include Turkish History Education Journal, Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality, TUBITAK, Association of History Educators Association and 'tarihyazimi.org' portal.
